A first look at Levano Public preview · Pilot access is not open yet

Site evidence. Clear decisions.

The visit is fresh.
Make the handover clear.

Photos on a phone. Voice notes between jobs. Details that deserve a better home.

Levano is being built to bring site evidence into one reviewable record — then help turn it into a survey, proposed work scope or completion handover. With a person in control of what goes on the page.

Prelaunch preview. No public sign-up or pilot sign-in yet.

Evidence stays connected.

Unknowns stay visible.

People approve the wording.

A practical way through the paperwork

From scattered notes
to a considered handover.

The workflow brings the field visit and the review desk together, without blurring the difference between an observation and an approved statement.

01 / Capture

Start with what is there.

Group photos, a short recording and typed notes by location and equipment. Keep the original evidence alongside the visit.

The record starts in the field.

02 / Review

Say what you know.

Review each finding beside its sources. Keep observed facts, proposals, assumptions and unanswered questions distinct.

Drafts are for people to check.

03 / Prepare

Give the next person clarity.

Choose the findings, equipment and photographs for the document. Review the exact wording before an authorised person approves it.

Approval stays a human decision.

Inside the product

The evidence is the starting point.
The wording is yours to review.

This is an actual development-workspace screenshot using synthetic records. It is a look at the review experience, not a live account or interactive demo.

Actual Levano development workspace with synthetic draft assistance, an unanswered finding, source evidence and individual accept, clarify and reject controls
Actual development workspace · Synthetic demonstration records · No customer data

The synthetic assistance shown does not transcribe arbitrary recordings, interpret photographs or certify work. No draft is accepted automatically.

The right document for the job

Three purposes.
One connected visit.

A survey, a proposal and a completion handover say different things. Levano is designed to keep those boundaries clear.

01

Site survey

What was found, what is known and what needs attention. Reviewed observations, equipment and open questions, with supporting evidence.

Understand the site.
02

Proposed work scope

What is proposed, with dependencies and exclusions. A scope is not a priced quotation, customer acceptance or proof that work is complete.

Agree the next steps.
03

Completion / handover

What a person explicitly confirms was performed, with the evidence behind it. Remaining proposals stay separate from completed statements.

Hand over with context.

A useful assistant. A human decision.

Keep the evidence.
Review the wording.
Own the report.

Levano is not a compliance certification service. It does not turn a draft into a fact, fill in unreadable details or decide that proposed work has been completed.

Before you ask

A few clear answers.

Where the product stands, and what this preview means.

Can I sign in or create an account?

Not yet. This is the public prelaunch preview. Pilot sign-in and public sign-up are not open, and there is no account or enquiry form on this site.

Who is Levano being built for?

Contractors who capture site information and need to turn it into a clear handover. The initial focus is telco and IT site visits; wider trade workflows need their own practical validation.

Does AI approve findings or certify the work?

No. Assistance is for drafting. A person must review the wording, and completed work requires explicit human confirmation. The screenshot shows a clearly labelled synthetic provider used during development.

Will I need to install an app?

Mobile-browser capture is in development. The intention is to make field capture accessible from a phone, with review at a larger screen. Capture, device compatibility and pilot access are not being offered through this public site yet.

Is the screenshot real customer work?

No. It is an actual screenshot of the development product using synthetic demonstration records. No customer photographs, recordings or reports are published here.
